Jira Integration Problem - Multiple Jira Transitions

### Environment SaaS (https://sentry.io/) ### Steps to Reproduce 1. In Jira, create multiple workflow transitions to a single status. 2. In Sentry, open Settings > Integrations > Jira > Configurations > Configure. 3.
