[Integrations] Give more detail when an integration resolves/unresolves an issue

Add more information to the `Activity` entry when an issue is resolved or unresolved via an integration: - Specify which integration (done in https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/pull/62655) - Specify which user (written up as a separate issue in here: https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/62690 - that's specific to Jira, but we should do it for other integrations, too) - Specify which external ticket/issue/etc caused the state change (it can be confusing given merging, for example - see https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/62565#issuecomment-1879504188)
