Unable to see long monitor environment labels

 When a monitor environment label is too long it's not visible. We should try and use our truncate component to fix this. Though we will first need to fix the `Truncate` component to be more content aware, right now it has a max and min length. It actually instead needs to detect the container size to do the overflow instead (see https://stackoverflow.com/a/10017343)
