Alert rules: Allow number values to be used when setting rules

### Problem Statement "...sometimes we have very similar errors but with almost the same name, but with different numbers of (for example) amount. And then new occurrences with different amount will be included in the alert..." For example, one error may say "This value is too long. It should have 80 characters or less. ", and another "This value is too long. It should have 15 characters or less." and so on. ### Solution Brainstorm Being able to set a rule like this: - notify me for errors where the number in this statement is above 15: "This value is too long.
