Error on setting up 2FA when joining an org

Receive an invitation to an organization where 2FA is enforced, with an account that doesn't currently have 2FA set up 2. Click on "Configure Two-Factor Auth" button <img width="824" alt="Screenshot 2023-04-11 at 14 51 50" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/25980868/231167942-84b3b7a5-a28d-4719-b7e8-52fa029a5b71.png"> 3.
