[Issue Alerts] Expose Issue Short Ids - Alert Triggered Section

### Problem Statement Sometimes I have issues in my alert triggered section that look really similar based on event title/message(s). Would be nice to have the "short id" of that issue exposed to easily search it in issue page later. ### Solution Brainstorm Expose "short id" in alert triggereds table view. Maybe, also allow for copy and paste? ### Product Area Alerts
