Make full title and exception message accessible via API

### Problem Statement We use the linear/sentry integration. Unfortunately the linear tickets only show a truncated version of the title. Both the linear as well as the sentry support have confirmed that this is a limitation in the sentry API and this endpoint currently only serves the truncated title: https://docs.sentry.io/api/events/retrieve-an-issue/ In order to make the data useful I would need to see the full title/message. Otherwise I always have to jump between the linear and sentry UI. ### Solution Brainstorm _No response_ ### Product Area APIs
