Env breakdown on Index page

### Problem Statement while looking at the list of issues for a given project, I can't easily see the event breakdown by environment. knowing this would tell me if I need to jump in right away in a production issue, or block my CI/CD pipeline. I can have access to this information by opening the issue page, and looking at the various breakdowns on the right list, but it doesn't really show up by itself ### Solution Brainstorm I would suggest one of the following: adding colors (shades?) to the event graph column to make it a vertical stacked barchart
