Search for Ignored issues with more precision

### Problem Statement I know I can search for ignored issues by using "is:ignored" but what I can't do is have the results further filtered by the type of ignored they were set to. For example, an issue is ignored without any criteria but it was intended to be only ignored for the next 10 times. It's a mistake people can make. ### Solution Brainstorm What I would like is for some way to search for issues that will never pop back into the feed automatically. For those cases where something was ignored accidentally.
