Add hyperlink from a Message in Issue Details page to code base

### Problem Statement Currently, we don't give customers a way to go back to the line of code that logged an exception. For instance, this message is at the top of one of our issues but there's no way to go back to where this message was logged: <img width="309" alt="image" src="https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/assets/44410/ce27c0f7-4bae-4608-9d2f-ab30ad11cba6"> ### Solution Brainstorm Once [this issue](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/issues/2779) is resolved by the Sentry SDK, we will have a way to know which file and what line logs the exception. ### Product Area Issues
