Issues - Recommended Searches should have 1 example for ANR's for Android

### Problem Statement ANR's and Apphangs are a big topic in Mobile world. There are a lot of False positives, due to the different reporting mechanisms from Sentry's Android SDK This can lead to a lot of "Noise" and frustration in finding the right ANR's. ### Solution Brainstorm To remove the noise, customers can create their own saves searches in tabs which is great. But to get to that understanding they need some help for ANR's in specific Sentry reports **app.in_foreground:True** **mechanism:[AppExitInfo,ANR,signalhandler]** **stack.function:*** I want to have a recommended search for ANR detection that looks for the most important ones (user percieved ones), so customers can easily learn about these tags The stack.function is an optional one. but it basically only shows ANR's with a stack trace  ### Product Area Issues ┆Issue is synchronized with this [Jira Improvement](https://getsentry.atlassian.net/browse/FEEDBACK-2371) by [Unito](https://www.unito.io)
