Project issues filter problem

### Environment SaaS (https://sentry.io/) ### Steps to Reproduce I have noticed that in some cases I have a project selected in the issues section and issues from other projects start to appear in the table. I am attaching a screenshot where I am in the "harvester" project and the view shows an issue from firmscribe. Reloading the page fixes it, but I have found my self reloading too much lately due to this problem. Steps: 1. Go to Sentry web app 2. Click on issues 3. Select a project from the drop down 4. Wait for an issue from another project to arrive. ### Expected Result Only seeing the issues that belong to the project I selected ### Actual Result I am seeing issues from other projects that I have not selected.  ### Product Area Issues ### Link _No response_ ### DSN _No response_ ### Version _No response_
