Configure Stack Trace Rules from Sentry API

### Problem Statement When I create a new Sentry project using the API, I would like to be able to configure its Stack Trace Rules the same way. Using the API to list an existing project, I can see the Stack Trace Rules configuration stored under the `groupingEnhancements` property.
