Support Release wildcard search for Releases dataset in dashboards

### Problem Statement I want to filter my Crash Free Session/user rate based on the release tag that is available and create a dashboard widget based on that. I want to only look into my releases that contain the text "beta" which in this case is not possible. We do support it for the errors dataset but just not the releases dataset. ### Solution Brainstorm _No response_ ### Product Area Release health
